Happy Anniversary!

Let’s take a second to acknowledge that it’s GV’sGH six month anniversary. I was hoping for around 70,000 hits today so imagine my surprise (and joy) to note that we’ve had over 85,000 hits!

I’ve picked up a lot of new readers during this last month, which I can only speculate is because of rampant unemployment. Glad to have you here, whatever the reason. Thanks for six great months, everyone!

You linking to me?

We’re getting hits up the Wasilla here at GV’s GH. We’ve had pingbacks, links and plain ol’ referrals from the following: Politico, Daily Kos, CNN, Fox news, Slate, Fark, Washington City Paper, Creative Loafing (Tampa), DC Blogs, Best Gay Blogs, After Ellen…

…Boxxet, Famous DC, Ecorazzi, Alpha Inventions, Examiner.com, Coed Magazine, Busted Coverage, Association of Alternative Newsweeklies, Community Live Journal, Trek BBS, and many fine personal blogs.

Thanks to everyone for making GV’s GH so ridiculously popular! Y’all are sexy as hell.

8,000 hits!

A few days ago I was looking at the calendar and also at the amount of blog hits GV’s GH has received since we started. Our one month anniversary is tomorrow and I was thinking, since we were getting close to it, wouldn’t it be really nice to have 8,000 hits in our first month?

Well, a few moments ago, a day early, we got out 8,000th hit. Yippee! Let’s celebrate!

Thanks to all of you for stopping by, leaving comments, and being awesome.

It’s our one week anniversary

here at Gina Vivinetto’s Greatest Hits. I’m psyched to tell you we’ve had 2,217 hits in our first week. This enterprise has been much more far-reaching than I thought.
